How long will my recovery take?
How often do I need to come?
In most cases, we will see people more frequently at the beginning so we can utilise manual therapy techniques to reduce your pain. This tends to become less frequent when we are able to guide you through the rehabilitation phase of your rehab.
What should I wear?
